SYSTEMTEC is seeking an IT Project Manager for a Hybrid (On-Site 3 Days/Week in Columbia, SC) opportunity. Candidate will lead several projects (one to five) in a strong matrix environment executing Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Required Qualifications of the IT Project Manager:
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
Bachelor or Associate s Degree in any major highly desired
3 years of IT experience in a leadership capacity, including 2 years of experience leading two or more concurrent project teams
Must be proficient with MS Applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint Online, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Teams, etc.
PMP is desired
Responsibilities of the IT Project Manager:
Lead several projects (one to five) in a strong matrix environment executing Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
Developing and monitoring project plans, communication plans, risk management plans, and project artifacts from project initiation to post implementation/closure.
Ensures project deliverables are complete on time, on budget and within scope
Responsible daily for the development, execution, and maintenance of project plans and project communications:
Facilitating effective communications between all parties involved in the project, including meetings, correspondence/recaps, status reports and other project artifacts
Work Location: Hybrid. On-Site Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week in Columbia, SC is required.
