Market Research Analyst
SYSTEMTEC is hiring! Now hiring for a Market Research Analyst for a hybrid position based out of Columbia, South Carolina for a 6-month contract with possible extensions. This roles primary responsibility is to manage all aspects of complex surveys including research, client consultations, project management, survey programming / creation, survey administration, data analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities of the Market Research Analyst :
Primary brand admin and lead in supporting Qualtrics users and maintaining enterprise survey projects.Responsible for programming and deploying new survey projects. Analyzing respondent feedback.Design and maintain dashboards in various delivery channels like Tableau and Qualtrics. Collects / analyze market information and trends and presents findings to leadership.Programs and tests surveys in Qualtrics with advanced logic, embedded data, workflows, and other multifaceted requirements.Explores and implements creative solutions to meet project needs, such as custom coding (e.g., javascript, CSS) or integrations with other data systems (e.g., Hubspot, Tableau).Manages contact data in the Qualtrics directory and creates customized dashboards for various stakeholders.Required Experience of the Market Research Analyst :
Bachelor's degree Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fieldThree years in market research and / or data analysis.Working knowledge of statistics and market research methods.Experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis.Knowledge of statistical and data analysis tools and techniques required.Experience developing surveys and analyzing consumer feedback with knowledge of survey tools Qualtrics required.Experience as Qualtrics brand admin preferred.Demonstrate above average skills in Excel required.Working knowledge of Tableau dashboard development preferred.Tableau server admin experience a plus.Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to present to large groups including executives.Basic to intermediate knowledge in SQL Server databases and SQL scripting to update databases preferred.
