Mid Java Programmer in Dallas
- The job is a Junior / Senior role.
- Demonstrated mastery of Java language and features. 7 years or more of development experience, mostly with Java.
- You are expected to bring new ideas.
- Full Stack” skills are preferred, but we will consider strong back-end developers
- XML, JSON, YAML
- SQL, database access with JDBC, skills with one or more of Postgresql, Oracle, SQL server databases
- Awareness of, or experience with NoSQL databases a bonus
- You will not be closely supervised, but will be expected to perform at a high level and meet your commitments
- Strong communications skills.
- Ability to create new and edit existing technical (generally not user) documentation
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with software
- Software Engineering skills
- Implementation
- Testing / automated test
- Other tooling : Git, Jenkins, Gradle, Gerrit are all strong pluses
