Accounting Intern

Located in Redmond WA, SystImmune Inc. is a bio-pharmaceutical company focused on the treatment of cancer through developing novel therapeutic bi-specific, and tri-specific antibodies, as well as antibody-drug conjugates (ADC's). Our objective is to create biologics that work through systematic intervention on the solid tumor micro-environment, to either directly attack the tumor and / or to activate the immune system to attack the tumor.
Major responsibilities :
- Assisting in processing the payments, Checks and wire transfers to heavy volume of vendors in a timely manner.
- Assisting in reviewing cash entries daily to identify any unrecorded transactions.
- Recording day-to-day financial transactions to ensure the completeness and accuracy of accounting documentation with proper account classification.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assisting in financial audit and corporate tax return filings.
- Assisting in preparing monthly project FTE allocation analysis, operational reports, and other ad-hoc queries.
- Maintain close calendars to monitor progress against deadlines.
- Meet processing and reporting deadlines.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Participate in company-wide initiatives / projects to improve processes
