Key Responsibilities:
- Annual budget/quarterly forecasting analysis:
- Data Entry: Input financial transactions, invoices, and other relevant information into databases or financial systems
- Data Verification: Ensure data accuracy by reviewing and reconciling discrepancies in financial records
- Financial Tracking: Maintain up-to-date records of accounts payable/receivable, expenses, and other financial transactions
- Forecasting: Perform quarterly forecasting to provide accurate predictions of future financial performance, analyzing trends, costs
- Budget Management: Consolidate the annual budget, ensure data completeness and accuracy, alignment with the organization’s financial goals and objectives
- Clinical operation management:
- Clinical Vendor Tracking: Monitor and manage financial aspects related to clinical vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgets
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in financial operations within the clinical sphere
- Other requirements:
- Software Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel capabilities and budget software to create financial models and reports
- Data Analysis: Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support. Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all financial reporting and forecasting. Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data
- Independent Work: Ability to work autonomously, managing projects and deadlines effectively
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure budget adherence and to provide financial insights
- BA Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 2 years of related experience within data analysis, financial reporting, financial analysis, and/or forecasting experience
- Strong computer/financial system skills; proficiency with MS Suite (Access, Word, Outlook)
- Candidate with knowledge in ledger run is plus, also ERP experience especially in NetSuite
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
