Systra is a leading engineering and consultancy group specializing in public transport and sustainable mobility. We are seeking an experienced RAMS Asset Management Lead to join our team and contribute to the success of our Service Delivery department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reliability engineering, with expertise in RAM principles, including FMEA, fault tree analysis, RCM, and reliability modeling. You will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of RAM strategies and programs to ensure systems meet or exceed performance requirements.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to RAM and identify risk/opportunities in line with the Client's policies and procedures.
- Implement process improvements to enhance system RAM performance.
- Conduct the effective execution and Reliability Availability Maintainability (RAM) analysis utilizing methodologies such as FME(C)A, RCM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in reliability engineering or a related field, with a proven track record of improving system reliability and performance preferable from the railway industry.
- Expertise in reliability engineering principles, including FMEA, fault tree analysis, RCM, and reliability modeling.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
