Position Overview:
As a Data Entry Specialist, you’ll play a key role in organizing and indexing critical documents using our in-house software. This is an entry-level position with training provided — perfect for someone eager to grow with a reliable and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and manage data using company-specific software
- Work efficiently with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Maintain a typing speed of at least 60 WPM with strong accuracy
- Sit and perform repetitive data entry tasks for extended periods
- Ensure data quality meets company standards without sacrificing speed
- 10 key knowledge is a plus
Qualifications:
- Basic computer proficiency and strong keyboarding skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to learn new software and follow detailed instructions
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
- Must be able to work full-time (no part-time or remote options available)
