POSITION SUMMARY : We are seeking a diligent, professional and highly experienced Billing Manager to oversee our billing operations across our athletic club locations. The billing manager's primary responsibility will be optimizing our billing process and ensuring all transactions are managed in a timely and accurate manner.

The Billing Manager will be based at one of the following locations :
- Cinco Ranch, TX (Club location)
- Cypress, TX (Club location)
- The Woodlands, TX (Club location)
- Annual salary, based on relevant experience to the role. Full-time hours.

- Manage, optimize and oversee the overall billing process across all health club locations
- Use CRM systems effectively to manage client information and transaction history while constantly upholding confidentiality and adhere to all state regulations and company policies
- Oversee credit card processing and ACH transactions to ensure accuracy and security
- Manage and lead a team of two staff members, ensuring the highest quality of work and accountability
- Develop and report KPI's for the department
- Partner with other departments to streamline procedures and ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Handle escalated billing issues, ensuring customer concerns are resolved in a timely manner.
- Develop, revise, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as necessary within the Billing department.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume transaction billing, preferably in a health or fitness club environment
- At least 2 years of management experience, with a proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and a deep understanding of credit card processing and ACH transactions
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively relay information across teams.
- Excellent team leadership and management skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits to all local and out-of-state clubs.
