COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:

What You’ll Do
Lead and Inspire a High-Performance Team
- Recruit, train, and develop a diverse staff committed to excellence in service and collaboration across golf, events, and restaurant operations.
- Set clear expectations, conduct regular staff reviews, and foster a workplace culture of teamwork, communication, and accountability.
- Provide consistent leadership through regular team meetings, training programs, and mentoring.
Drive Financial and Operational Success
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, closely monitor income and expenses, and proactively adjust strategies to exceed revenue targets.
- Implement and oversee cost control systems for labor, food & beverage, and inventory.
- Maintain strong oversight of POS systems and vendor billing accuracy.
Grow Revenue Through Events and Guest Experience
- Lead the events and sales teams to drive new business, increase event bookings, and ensure top-tier client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing to keep web and social media content current and engaging.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the guest experience across the golf course, event center, and restaurant.
Oversee Daily Club Operations
- Coordinate with the Golf Course Superintendent to uphold the course and range to premier standards.
- Ensure maintenance of equipment, cleanliness, and adherence to safety and health codes throughout the property.
- Monitor food & beverage quality, consistency, and compliance with all recipes and service standards.

Qualifications
- 5 years of progressive leadership in golf, hospitality, food & beverage, or events.
- Education in business, hospitality, or related field.
- Demonstrated business analysis skills including a strong understanding of financial reporting, POS systems, cost of goods, and inventory controls.
- Experience presenting monthly business metrics to senior leaders - strong presentation skills.
- Experience leading diverse teams in high-volume, customer-focused environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual a plus.
- Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Server certifications required.
