POSITION SUMMARY:
The Golf Range Attendant has the primary responsibility to provide excellent customer service by greeting, serving and attending to customer questions and needs. Attendants are responsible to maintain a clean and safe work environment and to escalate any unresolved customer service issues or other concerns to the manager on duty. This position reports directly to the General Manager but may take direction from an Assistant Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES (JOB SPECIFIC)

Picks up golf balls by hand or drives vehicle equipped with trailer that automatically picks up balls.

Sweeps tee lines and tops of mats and edges. Cleans sink and drain in garage and picks up all trash on property including parking lot and grass tee lines. Washes and scrubs all trash cans and water buckets.

Removes weeds and grass chunks around entire property including pump house and around Pro Shop. Waters all plants on property

Aligns all mats and baskets making sure mats are off the edge of concrete.

Cleans tops of tables. Cleans conveyor belt. Cleans and organizes garage and pump house.

Performs repairs in fences may be required.
REQUIREMENTS

Golf knowledge or range experience preferable but not required

Must be available for all hours of operation.

Must have a valid driver license 18 years of age or older.

Must be able to lift 40 lbs

May be responsible for handling money at a point of sale.
