Main Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple large projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, engineering, QA, leadership, sales, and operations to deliver solutions
- Ensure budgetary compliance, project status dashboards, and deliverables align with contract requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact and communication with internal stakeholders and customers on project initiatives, risks, financials, and next steps
Requirements:
- 10 years of project management experience in software and hardware development
- Proven track record of leading multiple fast-paced technical projects with full budget/finance responsibility, external communication with customers, and ownership of status, action items, risks, and next steps
- Strong customer-centric growth mindset, ability to foster relationships quickly, and exceptional communication skills
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and working closely with finance and contracting to develop and maintain program budget, status dashboards, and deliverables
