Led by Principal Philip Szostak, FAIA, we are known for our unyielding commitment to design in a diverse variety of project types. Founded in 1980, we practice thorough research and client-focused collaboration to reveal each project’s unique context and deliver a design that meets our client’s vision.
We are currently searching for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our firm. The selected candidate will develop and coordinate marketing initiatives including proposals, presentations, social media, print and digital marketing material, award submissions, website maintenance, and often a combination of these. They will be a key partner in maintaining day-to-day operations of the firm. Our marketing coordinator will work together and independently, often directly with firm leadership as well as design staff to bring marketing efforts to realization.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Bachelor degree in architecture, design, or related field
- 1 year minimum professional experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collegial team
- Experience with leading proposal submissions and developing deadline-oriented deliverables
- Adeptness with time management and prioritization
- Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills
- Ability to create tailored graphic layouts as well as maintain graphic standards
- Fluency in critical software programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite)
- Interest in Szostak Design’s mission, portfolio, and sectors
- Authorization to work in the US and English fluency

Salary will be commensurate with experience and skill level. Salaries are reviewed annually.
