SUMMARY
Oversee and ensure the accurate development and posting of Civil and Corporate social media by creating engaging content, scheduling posts across platforms, analyzing audience engagement metrics, monitoring online conversations, and staying updated on social media trends to maintain brand consistency and drive online interactions and followers. Actively support Corporate Marketing and the People Services team and mission through in-person meetings and event participation, data entry, and processing.
TYPICAL DAILY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to)
Social Media
Civil
- Schedule photography and videography with photographer and jobsite.
- Notify jobsite at least 1 week notification ahead of visit.
- Prove a reminder 2 days before coming.
- Upload all videos and photos to OpenAsset for Civil and Corporate.
- Notify Safety Directors when photos are ready for approval.
- Develop and maintain a Civil Social Media calendar.
- Create content for review and approval by Civil Business Unit Leaders.
- Post to social media on the defined timelines / days.
- Social media analytics for Civil and send to the business unit leaders for the last Friday of odd-numbered months.
Corporate Services
Develop and execute the Overall Company Social Media calendar.Develop and post company-wide / corporate info on social media.Build a Shop sign content calendar and post according to the schedule.Plan, organize, and execute at least quarterly Yodeck updates.Support and photograph Corporate Events as needed.Centennial CelebrationWork with Process Analyst to schedule podcasts, videos, photos, etc.Support Process Analyst in developing and posting social media and uploading videos.Pull social media analytics for Corporate the last week of odd-numbered months.Civil Infrastructure Business Leader Support
Schedule meetings, events, etc. as needed and requested by the President.Purchase and distribute (via FedEx and UPS) gifts and apparel as requested by the President.Order lunches and other meals as requested by the President.Marketing Engagement
Create company collateral, including annual Christmas cards, PowerPoint templates, signage, etc.Swag Management, including :Work with the People Services team to understand what Swag is needed for New Hire Orientation (NHO), career fairs, etc., and place orders as approved by the Vice President of People & Culture.Safely organize, store, and track all swag. Distribute as needed prior to events.Support the apparel pop-up stores by ordering, organizing, and distributing items.Headshots, including :Work with the Vice President of People & Culture and Business Unit Partners to determine needs.Schedule sessions with both the photographer and employees, ensuring everyone knows the date, time, and location of their headshot.Ensure all employees are dressed in accordance with the headshot requirements.People Services Support
Support the People Services team by :Attending events as needed.Creating People Services collateral, including handouts, packets, postcards, flyers, signage, etc.Scan an label documents as requested.Investigations & Drug Testing
As a back-up as needed, visit job sites or offices to conduct investigations as requested by the Vice President of People & Culture.Take detailed investigation notes and submit them within 24 hours of the investigation.Travel to local jobsites / projects and perform random drug testing as requested.EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
