Project Description:
T&T is collaborating with a client to develop a user-friendly Web Graphical User Interface (GUI) and generate standard data products for space debris tracking. Our team will contribute to the front-end development of the TraCSS presentation layer services, connecting webpages with the back-end services, address scalability concerns for over 154,000 user accounts, and create sysML and UML diagrams detailing services architecture and interfaces with the system integrator's engineering model.
Role Description:
Work with the TraCSS platform and infrastructure teams to create a comprehensive DevSecOps development pipeline. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in container security practices within Kubernetes and Helm, as well as in securing AWS Cloud Native Technologies. This role requires deep knowledge of version control and CI/CD tools, particularly Git and GitHub Actions, and proficiency in infrastructure as code frameworks like Terraform.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams to create a comprehensive DevSecOps development pipeline
- Implement and maintain container security practices within Kubernetes and Helm environments
- Configure security for AWS Cloud Native Technologies and ensure compliance with security standards
- Manage version control and CI/CD tools, particularly Git and GitHub Actions
- Build and maintain infrastructure as code using frameworks like Terraform
- Develop security compliance documentation for FedRAMP, RMF, and DOC Enterprise Security Policy
- Work with government or civil cybersecurity authorizing officials or Information System Security Officers to ensure receipt of Authorization to Operate
- Write and maintain code using programming/scripting languages (Python, Bash, JavaScript) used in DevSecOps lifecycles
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in container security practices, cloud security configurations, and infrastructure as code
- Deep working knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions)
- Extensive experience implementing security practices within Kubernetes and Helm environments
- Proficiency configuring and securing AWS Cloud Native Technologies
- Experience with infrastructure as code frameworks, particularly Terraform
- Knowledge of programming languages used in DevSecOps lifecycles (Python, Bash, JavaScript)
- Experience developing security compliance documentation for FedRAMP, RMF, and DOC Enterprise Security Policy
- Proven track record collaborating with cybersecurity authorizing officials or Information System Security Officers
