Job Summary
The Activity Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents in a nursing home or memory care facility. The Activity Specialist will work closely with residents, and staff to create a supportive and stimulating environment that promotes social interaction and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities
Plan and do activities in each house three times a week
Plan and coordinate one out activity per house per month
Go with resident to appointments (medical and other)
Plan shopping trips one per month per house
Seasonal decoration
Pay:
$15 $100 gas allowance per pay period
