Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of new after-market products for off-road vehicles.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sourcing teams to ensure timely product development and seamless integration into the market.
- Monitor and support the execution of product roadmaps, timelines, and milestones.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, competitor products, and opportunities for product improvement or innovation.
- Analyze customer feedback, product performance, and market data to support product enhancements.

- Support the product lifecycle process, from concept and design to product launch and post-launch evaluation.

- Coordinate with engineering, sales, sourcing, and other departments to ensure alignment on product goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist in generating reports and presentations for internal stakeholders to communicate product progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Provide project management support by tracking product development timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Assist with organizing and facilitating product-related meetings and ensuring action items are completed on time.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the power sports, automotive, or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and present findings effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management, project management tools, and basic product design principles is a plus.
