Position: Automation Engineer
The Automation Engineer utilizes PLC, HMI/SCADA to automate manufacturing equipment and processes. They are responsible for planning, implementation, and monitoring of automation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and programming PLCs (Allen-Bradley and Siemens)
- Plan automation for new processes and/or equipment in manufacturing operation.
- Designing/upgrading/implementing manufacturing equipment into factory systems
- Managing external/contractor automation resources
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent engineering experience.
- PLC Troubleshooting and Programming (2 years).
- Proficient with high level schematics and low to medium voltage equipment.
