Scope :
The HSE Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing policies and programs to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and workplace safety standards. This role requires a proactive approach to risk management, fostering a culture of safety, and safeguarding the well-being of all employees in environments where large equipment is frequently moved using cranes, hoisting, and rigging.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety programs in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Collaborate with various departments to promote occupational health initiatives and enhance workplace ergonomics.
Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, training sessions, and compliance documentation.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field.
5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment involving cranes, hoists, rigs, etc.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA guidelines, and occupational health standards.
