Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily maintenance activities, ensuring that electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems operate efficiently and safely.
- Develop, implement, and improve maintenance schedules, preventive maintenance programs, and emergency repair protocols.
- Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed within set timeframes, meeting both quality and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a variety of electrical and mechanical issues across plant equipment, machinery, and systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards in all maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work orders, equipment history, and parts inventory.
- Manage maintenance budgets, controlling costs and ensuring that resources are used effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve equipment performance, reduce downtime, and drive operational efficiency.
- Identify areas for improvement within maintenance operations, including workflow, training, and safety, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide on-call support and assistance during off-hours when necessary for emergency repairs.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance leadership or supervisory roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong background in both electrical and mechanical maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex systems.
- Extensive knowledge of preventive maintenance, safety standards, and equipment management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and guide a team of technicians.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Proficient in the use of maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certification in electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
