Salary Grade: $15.00 per hour (Non-Licensed),
$26.00 per hour (Licensed Teacher) FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Reports to: Building Administrator

POSITION SUMMARY
Assist students in improving academic achievement by meeting on a regular basis to clarify learning and study skills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Provides direct instructional assistance to students. 2. Monitors students during activities planned within the instructional program. 3. Supervises students assigned to the program. 4. Performs other duties as outlined by the administrator.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of two years experience tutoring/working in a school setting.
Teaching certificate strongly preferred.

Ability to create reports, computer skills, self motivated and organized.
