$100,000 depending on experience
Responsibilities:- Review titles, surveys, and loan documents.
- Draft and evaluate deeds, contracts, and leases.
- Oversee property settlements and issue title insurance.
- Manage IOLTA escrow accounts for compliance.
- Conduct audits to ensure legal and procedural accuracy.
- The ideal candidate for this position should have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active membership in the state bar.
- They should possess over 2 years of experience in transactional law, specifically focusing on real estate and business matters.
- Proficiency in title insurance, loan documentation, and escrow management is crucial for this role.
- Strong skills in attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, negotiation, and communication are essential.
