Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to clients in the automotive industry. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the purchasing process while maintaining a positive dealership experience
Responsibilities:
- Bilingual - Spanish is encourage.
- Social Media is a MUST.
- 40 hours plus is a MUST.
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in finding the products they need.
- Answer phone calls, set appointments, follow-ups.
- Provide product information to customers.
- Maintain a neat and organized store environment.
- Need to have a valid California Driver's License and clean driving record.
- We will help you to apply for Salesperson's License.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough product demonstrations and explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
- Maintain an organized inventory of vehicles and ensure accurate pricing information is available.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer relationships through effective follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using dealership software.
- Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
Skills
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong inventory control skills to manage stock levels effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with clients.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Proficient in using sales management software to track leads and sales performance.
- Strong upselling skills to increase average transaction values.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
