We are seeking reliable Shift Leaders who are available for Closing Shift (approx 4pm-close) including weekends at our Hoffman Estates location.
The Shift Leader is a Brand Ambassador who embraces our service oriented culture. They are the leader of their specific shift. They teach by example, ensuring proper procedures are followed and staff is performing assigned job duties properly and to completion. They are accountable for efficient and profitable execution of all standards of operation designed to deliver high quality products in a safe, timely, and sanitary manner.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 17 yrs old with reliable transportation to and from work
- One (1) year previous restaurant/food service experience required
- Must possess Excellent Customer Service skills!
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a stress free attitude
- Maintain work area in a neat, organized, stocked, sanitary, and safe condition
- Maintain company standards of appearance and hygiene
- ServSafe Food Handlers Certificate (obtained within 30 days of hiring)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
