- Promote community events, services, and activities through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and direct outreach.
- Maintain records of outreach activities and provide support in tracking progress toward community engagement goals.
- Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and volunteer activities.
- Assist with data collection and analysis to measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Social Work, or a related field is a plus.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for community engagement.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to changing situations.
- Previous experience in customer service, volunteer work, or community outreach is a plus but not required.
