Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and executing community outreach events, building strong relationships with local organizations and community members.
- Help coordinate outreach programs and initiatives, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
- Assist with recruiting, training, and managing volunteers for various outreach activities and events.
- Promote community events and initiatives.
- Work with the team to plan, organize, and help facilitate events that promote the company’s mission within the community.
- Monitor program outcomes, gather feedback from participants, and prepare reports to track the success of outreach efforts.
High school diploma or equivalent (required); some college or coursework in community outreach, social work, communications, or related fields is a plus.- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with community members, partners, and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with diverse community members and stakeholders.
