Overview
Responsible for management and oversight of all aspects of pigging business line projects to ensure they are completed on-time and within budget. Responsible for managing scope, cost, schedule, risk mitigation, internal staffing, outside vendors, any contractual deliverables of the project, as well as project status.
Key Responsibilities
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to :
- Monitor and participate in defining overall project resource requirements, objectives, scope of work, and deliverables for strategic projects.
- Manage the process of complex customer requests like ETOs for traps from quoting to delivery.
- Manage the NPD process to monitor progress and communication among stakeholders.
- Review project plans and collaborate with other internal groups / departments to monitor changing needs and requirements.
- Use organizational change management tools to ensure internal teams buy-in to the project objectives.
- Use understanding of project management best practices to ensure the proper use of tools necessary to execute the project for the largest positive impact to the organization.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with global team members, both internally and externally.
- Coordinate efforts with project team members and liaise with all departments involved in the projects.
- Track project milestones to ensure projects are completing as planned.
- Ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated effectively.
