T&H Realty Services, a leading residential Property Management Company in Indianapolis, is searching for a proven and experienced Buyer's Agent in Kokomo, IN, to help our Clients add to their real estate investment Portfolios.
This position will work directly with our Clients to help them make solid investment decisions and will be an integral part of helping our Company reach its aggressive growth goals.
Successful candidates must possess the following:
- At least 3-5 years of experience working with investors
- Exceptional knowledge of various Central Indiana markets and neighborhoods
- Indiana Real Estate License
- Strong ability to analyze properties for return potential and rehab costs
- Excellent follow-through, customer service, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
