Salary : $20 - $32 per hour

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform residential maintenance for T&H Realty Services, Inc. Most have strong analytical skills and the ability to manage your time effectively while meeting productivity goals.
What you will own & improve :
Completing Assigned Work Orders
Productivity : Consistently hit weekly billable time goals.
Participation : Come to team meetings ready to participate and identify, discuss, and solve problems.
Communication : Interact positively with residents and coworkers. Respond to internal and external communications promptly. Maintain confidentiality regarding client, resident, and T&H company information.
Teamwork : Perform any other related duties as assigned.
What you already know :
More than 3 years of experience in residential maintenance.
Possesses strong computer skills and the ability to use mobile technology.
Ability to troubleshoot and perform various repairs in light plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.
How to remain organized, manage your day-to-day, and keep detailed records.
How to work independently and collaborate as a team.

This role is simple : complete all work orders promptly and efficiently while meeting productivity goals.
Requirements :
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Equipped with tools of the trade.
The ability to take rotating 24-hour emergency calls.
Have a working and stable internet connection at home to connect to a company-provided computer.
Able to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 25 pounds.
Able to stand and / or sit for long periods and climb stairs regularly throughout the workday.
Have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record, the ability to pass a background check, and the ability to operate a company vehicle safely.

Full-time Monday Friday 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM
Location
This job is field-based. Must be able to travel to Marion County and the surrounding counties Monday - Friday and be available for in-person meetings and company functions as necessary.
