Purpose:
T&J Heating, A/C and Plumbing is a full-service heating, air conditioning and plumbing organization, providing new installation, repairs and ongoing maintenance services to commercial and residential clients throughout New England.
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistance to join our growing team with the goal of supporting office professionals to help them stay organized and complete tasks that allow them to focus on other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and communicates with customers
- Assists employees with daily clerical work
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, scanning, etc.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail and mail
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
- Provides information by answering questions and requests
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine level, anticipating needed supplies and placing and expediting orders
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks
- Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area.
