In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of each restaurant, ensuring they meet company standards in quality, service, and performance. Your schedule w ill vary based on the hours of operation each day from 6 : 30am - 11 : 00pm with some weekends and evenings required. You will be engaging directly with teams on-site where you'll provide hands-on leadership and strategic direction.
Key Requirements :
- 5 years of experience as a general manager in the restaurant industry.
- 3 years managing multiple restaurant locations.
- Proficiency in scheduling, interviewing, and staff motivation.
- Strong skills in budgeting, inventory control, and financial reporting.
