Looking to hire cashiers and merchandise associates.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Operate the cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock shelves and merchandise products according to company guidelines
- Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in finding the right products
- Assist with inventory management and replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience
**Skills:**
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Experience in retail sales, including upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy store layout and merchandise displays
- Multilingual abilities, including fluency in Spanish, to assist diverse customer base
- Excellent customer service skills to address customer needs and resolve issues promptly
- Knowledge of electronics sales is a plus
- Familiarity with cash register operations and handling cash transactions accurately
- Phone etiquette skills for answering customer inquiries and providing information
