T-Link is a Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Dealer looking for Sales Professionals to join a high paced organization.
Responsibilities:
- Learn metro by T-Mobile sales process
- Meet key sales targets and KPI's
- Be ready to greet Customers with enthusiasm.
- Approach customer situations with recommendations to sell latest Devices, Promos.
- Clean, Sanitize Store during downtime
- Market, Solicit, and participate in community events.
- Follow procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Bilingual in Spanish Preferred
- Must be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good at math and cash handling.
- Background check required.
- Ready to lean, work hard (flexible scheduling)

Experience:
- Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
