- Develop and implement proposal strategies that align with client objectives
- Manage proposal teams and coordinate schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather proposal requirements and team updates
- Edit, copyedit, and develop new proposal content
- Ensure proposals meet organizational standards and client expectations
**Requirements:**
- 8-10 years of proposal coordination or management experience, with a preference for A/E/C industry background
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite products
- Knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
