The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, and JavaScript. This individual will be responsible for designing and developing software applications, mentoring junior developers, and providing technical leadership.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
