T&M Associates is looking for an entry-level Environmental Engineer to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This role will involve leading field tasks and assisting project engineers and managers with multi-disciplinary environmental compliance and remediation projects. These projects will focus on the design of groundwater treatment systems and infrastructure, and you will collaborate with a skilled team of civil, environmental, automation, electrical, and structural engineers.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers and Senior Engineers with planning and designing Water Resource and Environmental projects
- Lead planning efforts by conducting analyses and calculations, creating figures and tables, and preparing technical reports
- Support design activities by planning, overseeing, and creating detailed drawings and technical specifications, along with performing necessary design calculations
- Participate in or oversee field data collection to support environmental evaluations and designs
- Spend short durations working in the field or at project sites
- Provide engineering support during construction and/or assist with construction oversight
- Communicate effectively with team members and manage your workload efficiently
- Apply quality assurance and control processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- 0-3 years of related experience, including familiarity with remediation systems, pumping & well infrastructure, and water/wastewater treatment
- EIT (Engineer in Training) Preferred
- Prior experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS
- Current 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
