About The Position
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Maintain and obtain proper tools and supplies for specified jobs.
- Responsible for safety and maintaining work area clean.
- May perform any combination of the following assembly lines structural parts, such as doors, and assembling units. May use hand tools and portable power tools.
- Aligns material to hold frame components together.
- Pushing, Pulling and tugging on doors.
- Loading, unloading, and assembling doors in the glue department. Must be able to push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly lift and/or move objects weighing from 10-50 lbs. On occasions employees may have to lift up to more than 50 lbs.
- Required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
Qualifications
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- High school diploma or GED required.
