Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Assist in garden care, including planting, weeding, and mulching to enhance the aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces.
- Carry out snow plowing and removal during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
- Maintain trees through pruning and care to promote healthy growth and appearance.
- Operate various landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Build and maintain outdoor structures such as flower beds, pathways, and retaining walls as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of groundskeeping areas to identify maintenance needs or potential issues.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
