Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Des Moines, IA. The Market Coordinator supports the Market Manager and internal teams by providing administrative and operational support to their respective market.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate calendars and make necessary status changes to existing work orders.
- Follow up on receiving requests and provide tracking information to customers.
- Approve timecard entries for payroll, ensuring overtime is charged to the correct job.
- Check company notes in work orders, verify job hours, upload sign-off documents and photos.
- Create return, punch, or change order time and material orders, and monitor status.
- Add expense documents received on jobs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support role handling various tasks including customer service.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Microsoft tools
- Superior organizational skills.
