You will have the option to work at either the Decatur or Jonesboro office.
Compensation :
70,000 - $85,000 yearly DOE
Responsibilities :
- Must be proficient at client intake, drafting demand letters, obtaining medical records and bills, negotiating settlements and bill reductions, client follow-ups, and all manner of representing Personal Injury victims prior to litigation
- Ensure that the following is completed in a timely manner :
- 1. Letters of Representation are sent to the appropriate parties
- 2. Insurance claims are set up
- 3. Dec pages are requested and received
- 4. Police reports are ordered and received
- 5. Medical records / bills are ordered and received
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and answering inquiries
- Maintain organized and up-to-date case files, ensuring all documentation is properly filed
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and other POD members to develop case strategies
- Provide administrative support to POD attorneys and perform other duties as required
- Review legal documents to ensure adherence to all legal requirements
- Monitor case progress and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Record the time spent on each task daily to ensure accurate tracking of activities pertaining to the projects
