Overview
The National Accounts Marketing Associate Manager is critical in managing customer portfolio of products and internal management of customer plans and initiatives. This highly organized individual will collaborate effectively cross-functionally to harness resources to enhance customer success and business growth.
Responsibilities

- Accountable for monthly sales forecast. Responsible for providing input to Demand Planner leveraging sales and customer input, market analysis, historical data, and industry trends. (Demand Planner generates the forecast)
- Regularly analyze and report on AOP (Annual Operating Plan) progress, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage LTO (Limited Time Offer) and promotional initiatives, overseeing execution from conception to launch.
- Track performance of product lines through daily reporting (sales, inventory, service) and monthly financial performance
- Submit pricing requests and briefing based on market dynamics to pricing team.

- Serve as the primary internal liaison for customer portfolio and marketing needs, partnering with Sales, Finance, Pricing, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, PCMs, Customer Service, R&D, Culinary & Innovation.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand foodservice industry trends and customer preferences, translating insights into actionable recommendations to customer and internal team.
- Complete customer-specific reports and lead business reviews, ensuring alignment on inventory, forecasting, and promotions.
- Create impactful marketing materials and maintain a calendar of customer events and conferences.

- Develop & present the business case at Stagegate meetings, ensuring alignment on key deliverables.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute product launch strategies, acting as the main point of contact for customer projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, product management, or financial analysis, with a focus on product management, product launches and planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, presentation skills an asset
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with key industry insights tools a plus.
