The Packaging Graphics Project Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the graphics commercialization process within the T. Marzetti organization. This position is responsible for initiating, managing, and executing packaging graphics projects. The Packaging Graphics Project Coordinator acts as a liaison between the business teams, designers, and printed packaging suppliers. The candidate must possess strong communication skills to effectively convey needs between non-technical and technical groups and give graphics updates during cross-functional meetings. Project types include new product launches, brand refresh updates, and graphics modifications to meet regulatory requirements or customer requests.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the graphics creation and approval process.
- Manage asset library for printed packaging utilizing Manage Artworks Software.
- Lead Manage Artworks project data entry and workflow management.
- Assist in processing all graphics plate invoices (in SAP) and/or send them to the brand teams for approval.
- Build strong internal and external customer relationships to support on time project execution.
- Support the team with a strategic mindset by sharing ideas for efficient execution.
- Attend cross functional meetings and speak on behalf of Packaging Graphics
- Collaborate with internal design group, third-party designers, and rendering agencies to finalize graphics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Procurement or related field.
- 1-2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in CPG or Food Industry or the Packaging Industry.
- Strong ability to collaborate and build cross-functional partnerships
- Competent use of Microsoft Office computer applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe programs
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Preferred experience with an Asset Library Management System.
