Compensation: On average, our Retail Sales Managers earn between $345k and $60k per year including bonuses and commissions.

What’s required of a Retail Sales Manager?
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Six months in retail sales management or related experience preferred
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Multitasking and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Fast learner for an everyday changing environment
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)
