The Sr Analyst, Advertising Data and Solutions is responsible for guiding T-Ads Data Monetization business through the analysis and evaluation of T-Ads 1st Party Data assets, capabilities and solutions. This role requires the creation of customer-centric solutions/approaches advised by market competitor analysis, business insight, data analysis, and effective communication. This person should feel comfortable and confident exploring large datasets and engaging tools like Snowflake, Tableau and other reporting and measurement solutions to develop metrics, visualize data and deliver business insights. This person will support and advise the T-Ads Data Monetization and Innovation team’s initiatives to drive adoption of 1P data solutions through the creation of case studies, category insights and standard methodologies. This role requires a dynamic individual who is comfortable making pitches to and engaging a broad audience, including all levels of leadership within the T-Mobile organization as well as advertiser and agency partner organizations.

Base Pay Range: $99,600 - $179,700
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. Job Responsibilities
- Analyze data across multiple datasets, systems and solutions to find opportunities, diagnose issues and make recommendations for product and campaign improvement.
- Provide domain expertise across a broad range of T-Mobile's 1st Party Data as it relates to advertising use cases spanning audience activation, real-time bidding and measurement.
- Partner within the Data Monetization and Innovation team and across other T-Ads and T-Mobile teams to craft, implement and evaluate 1st Party Data Proof-of-Concepts
- Engage data, A/B testing and reporting tools to evaluate and measure the value of 1st Party Data to individual advertisers and the holistic T-Ads business.
- Support Product Marketing and Sales in thoughtfully positioning T-Ads 1st Party Data solutions in the advertising marketplace, including meeting with advertisers and partners directly.
- Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree Business, Statistics or similar degree (Required)
- Demonstrated ability with business intelligence tools (e.g. Business Objects, Cognos, Hyperion, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability in reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau; PowerBI) X
- Demonstrated ability in advanced analytics, which include SQL/ETL of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research.
- Intermediate technical skills (DataViz; SQL; automation; report/metric design; algorithms/modeling)
- Intermediate analytical skills including problem solving and critical reasoning
- Experience communicating/consulting; influencing; relationship management
- Functional knowledge of Full-funnel advertising; Programmatic media; Retail Media
- At least 18 years of age
