If you have a passion for technology and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we want to hear from you! *Duties* - Engage with customers to understand their mobile needs and provide personalized product recommendations. - Conduct product demos to showcase the features and benefits of various mobile devices and accessories. - Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases while ensuring satisfaction with their selections. - Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently, handling cash register transactions accurately. - Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure that products are well-stocked on the sales floor. - Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when addressing inquiries or concerns. - Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting store environment that reflects our brand standards. - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. *Qualifications* - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. - Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. - Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. - Ability to effectively demonstrate products through engaging product demos. - Experience in upselling techniques is advantageous. - Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances customer interaction capabilities. - A proactive attitude towards stocking and maintaining inventory levels is essential.
