Responsibilities

- Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Supervise and train new staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Perform retail math calculations to assist with inventory management and sales reporting.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required; we welcome enthusiastic candidates willing to learn.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective customer interaction.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating a cash register is a plus.
