Job OverviewT-Mobile reinvented the wireless experience—and We Won’t Stop. The Consumer Postpaid Marketing team is focused on delivering features and benefits that deliver tangible value to our customers and prospects. The Content Producer is a critical role within the team that is responsible for authoring and publishing the experiences we display across Web and App channels. We work alongside a broad cross-functional team of marketers to create the best experiences possible for our customers. The position calls for an entrepreneurial spirit who can troubleshoot challenges creatively and work in an increasingly efficient manner. The ideal candidate will also be an excellent communicator who can translate complex technical challenges into tangible, addressable milestones.
*** This position must be located in Bellevue, WA; Overland Park, KS; Frisco, TX; Atlanta, GA; or Herndon, VA. This is a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and complete complex content updates across T-Mobile’s digital channels and apps, ensuring content is published effectively using established content authoring and publishing processes.
- Work closely with various teams including Accessibility, Analytics, SEO, Experience Design, Digital Marketing, Product Management, AEM Platform Operations, and Domain Management to ensure content is scalable, accessible, and consistent across platforms.
- Analyze end-to-end customer experiences to ensure content is of high quality, consistent in voice, tone, and construction, and aligns with the brand’s objectives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Content Operations within the digital organization, managing assigned projects, advising and consulting on recommended approaches, and responding to content-related requests.
- Troubleshoot and train colleagues on newly-developed AEM components and other content authoring best practices.
- Use Adobe Target to execute contextual marketing across T-Mobile’s digital channels, ensuring content is personalized and relevant to customers.
- Engage with surrounding teams to help identify and drive working efficiencies.
Education and Work Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience. (Required).
- 5 years Digital/web content production, eCommerce, digital marketing, or similar field Required
- 1 year experience in telecom, finance, home internet or related fields (preferred)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in Adobe suite, specifically Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). (Required)
- Proficient in Adobe Target (Preferred).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery (Required).
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop for creating and editing content (Preferred).
- Familiarity with project management platforms (Jira preferred) (Required).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment (Required).
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of content quality and consistency.
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Base Pay Range: $76,000 - $137,000 Corporate Bonus Target: 15%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
