This team works 24 by 7 with shifts being assigned after the x8 week training is complete. You need to be open to working any shifts to be considered for this position.

Job Overview
The Specialist in Business Tech Support at T-Mobile is instrumental in providing advanced technical support and solutions for business technology systems. This role is crucial in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues that impact business operations, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity. By collaborating with IT and business teams, the Specialist helps in optimizing technology infrastructure to meet current and future business needs. Their expertise supports the seamless integration of new technologies into existing systems, enhancing overall business efficiency. The Specialist's contributions are vital to maintaining T-Mobile's reputation for technological excellence and operational reliability.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoots and resolves complex technical issues impacting business operations
  • Collaborates with IT and business teams to optimize technology infrastructure
  • Supports the integration of new technologies into existing systems
  • Ensures minimal downtime and maximum productivity of business technology systems
  • Maintains operational reliability and technological excellence
  • Enhances overall business efficiency through advanced technical support

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Related Field (Preferred)

Work Experience:

  • Less than 2 years Providing technical support for IT equipment, software, and mobile devices (Preferred)
  • Less than 2 years Advanced technical troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and servers (Preferred)
  • Less than 2 years Working with Microsoft Office 365 Services and various operating systems including Windows and Apple OS (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Problem Solving Expertise in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical issues in business technology systems. (Required)
  • Technical Support Ability to provide advanced technical support and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal business downtime. (Required)
  • Collaboration Strong capability to work effectively with both IT and business teams to optimize technology infrastructure. (Required)
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools to support documentation, reporting, and analysis tasks. (Required)

Base Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00

Annualized Incentive Target: $4,400

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
