Job Title : Senior Director of Product Marketing
Job Responsibilities :
- Product P&L Ownership (set QGP, monitor P&L scorecard, adjust as needed to achieve QGP, plan launch / GTM, coordinate x-functionally, conduct seller confidence survey, implement best practices for sales enablement to maximize uptake incl digital)
- Product Evolution (set long range plans to drive product refresh to create value, business case development, customer / market fit analysis / insights)
- Product Vision – New Territory Exploration (ID new growth territories, validate customer need & right to play, ID competitors, create value prop, partner w / PM on dev strategy, secure funding to create)
- Team Leadership (coach, develop direct reports; contribute to / lead overall PMM discipline evolution at TMUS)
- Also responsible for other Duties / Projects as assigned by business management as needed. (NON-NEGOTITABLE)

Base Pay Range : $220,700 - $298,500
