Job OverviewIn this role, you will take the lead in identifying, analyzing, and reporting on existing and emerging threats to T-Mobile's people, assets, and operating environment. You will use various sources and tools to detect threats and support proactive mitigation strategies through the production of various reports and briefings, as well as help refine and enhance the team's intelligence capabilities. You will collaborate with other intelligence analysts and team members to provide actionable intelligence, requiring strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to use structured analytical techniques and a commitment to maintaining the organization's security and resilience. You are expected to understand leadership requirements and develop actionable intelligence products to support the company's needs.Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitor intelligence feeds and other program tools/sources to identify emerging threats.
- Compile detailed intelligence reports and analyze trends for leadership
- Support and oversee weekly intelligence briefings for leadership and key partners, providing overviews and analysis of incidents, threats, and vulnerabilities to improve decision-making.
- Collaborate with other intelligence analysts and team members to enhance the organization's security and resilience, including refining intelligence processes and thresholds as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in intelligence analysis or related field (International affairs/studies, national/homeland security, public policy, etc.); Master's/Advanced Degree a plus.
- 4-7 years of work experience in security intelligence analytics and related activities. Experience should include using various sources and tools (i.e., Everbridge, Dataminr, or LifeRaft) to detect physical security and other threats/vulnerabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to use structured analytic techniques and risk assessment methodologies. Experience writing analytic reports for senior audiences.
- Experience in leading intelligence-based project work and meeting engagement milestones.
- 2-4 years experience with building and/or implementing risk/protective intelligence and threat management programs. Experience researching physical and other emerging threats, intelligence trends and models across industries, and advances in technology/risk management methodologies in support of organizational operations.
- Analytic and investigative techniques/open-source intelligence (OSINT) tradecraft.
- Solid understanding of domestic/international threat actors, including terrorist and extremist groups, cyber threat actors, and the geopolitical threat environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of and interest in corporate security/intelligence operations.
- Ability to respond quickly to breaking or ongoing situations with tight timelines.
- Good interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities, attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently on tasks while also thriving in collaborative and team environments.

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
