Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Build customers confidence by making their experience comfortable and simple while meeting their needs.
- Engage in service selling and right fitting the customer with the appropriate total technology solution.
- Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management.
- Assist customers with service activations, changes and bill payments, respond to billing inquire equipment replacement, sell accessories and process price plan changes and upgrades.
- Work with store management in opening, closing and operating the retail facility, including but not limited to cash handling, inventory count and deposits as governed by operations control standards.
- Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to company policies and procedures.
- Assist with all functions within a retail store in compliance with Wireless Vision policies and procedures
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor.
- Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and promotions
- Process sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goal
Qualifications:
- Flexible scheduling availability.
- Completed High school diploma/GED.
- Enthusiastic, professional, energetic and positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Previous experience in technology sales is desirable
- Ability to conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
